DESIGN
We can assist at the building design stage to make sure your building is equipped with a suitable transportation system that is fit for purpose. NEW INSTALLATIONS
We can provide detailed specifications to ensure the lifts you install are correct for your project. A bespoke specification will allow a contractor and an end user be fully aware of what is required and being installed. This will take into account the environment the lift is being installed and the lifecycle requirements, also ongoing local product support should it be required.

MODERNISATION
As lifts get old the reliability can be a frustration, repair times can increase due to obsolete components or energy efficiency can be improved. we can provide advice on the level of works required to improve the lifts.

CONDITION REPORTS
We complete a full site survey of your lift equipment, this will provide an expert look at the transportation system in place and ways it can be improved. this will also assist with forward planning as the building requirements evolve and more energy saving features and options become available.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

- Liaising with the relevant service providers with regards to service and breakdown records
- Entering all information provided onto the database
- Monitoring breakdown reports
- Monitoring Loler reports
- Checking and evaluating quotations and invoices
- Quarterly client/contractor meetings
- Preparation of minutes of all meetings and distribution
- Follow up on issues raised by meetings
- Monitoring and distribution of insurance reports to reduce items listed therein
